No marketing clause:
We have this simple policy with regard to telemarketing: any supplier found telemarketing us, and thus taking time away from our clients' work, will lose our business.
Despite being very clear with our suppliers that we will cancel contracts if they telemarket to us, one company thought it didn't apply to them. Having ignored a previous warning, they have today lost all future business.
To be very clear, our phone lines are there for our clients, old and new, to contact us. Even outside of office hours, if we can answer the phone to a client, we are happy!
Telemarketing clogs our lines up, and we like to spend our time working on the things our clients pay us for, not answering unwanted sales calls from vendors.
